My Monday has made me think of William Wallace in the movie Braveheart. I am channeling his bravery in my current situation to stand up for what I think is right. I am not perfect, and I have made mistakes in my life that have ended up being the best lessons I could have ever asked for. Its important to learn from your mistakes because if you don’t they will forever be your mistake. Who wants to live in regret? What really changed the direction of my week, was the reality that someone was questioning my character and was giving false information that fueled a negative fire. From these accusations, and the reality that things can not and will not be the same, I declare war on bad intentions. So, as I prepare for a new day in my current battle zone, I have turned to the bravest of the brave, “William Wallace”.
“Fight and you may die. Run and you will live at least awhile. And dying in your bed many years from now, would you be willing to trade all the days from this day to that for one chance, just one chance, to come back here as young men and tell our enemies that they may take our lives but they will never take our freedom!”
